Sunrise Bay Residents,

Please stop by the clubhouse and sign the petition expressing our opposition to the proposed Lennar development planned across from Sunrise Bay. 

Under the current proposal, the new 55+ community would have their entrance directly opposite Windstar Drive. Many residents have expressed concerns that this could significantly increase traffic in our area, with Sweetwater Drive becoming an even more heavily used shortcut to Radio Road. 

If you share these concerns, please take a few moments to visit the clubhouse and add your signature to the petition. Community involvement is important, and the more voices that are heard, the stronger our message will be.
